Preferred Program Evaluations has designed and performed single and multi-year evaluations for colleges, school districts, non-profits, and private foundations.

We have evaluated initiatives designed to increase STEM scholarship and persistence, as well as behavioral intervention programs that employ a holistic approach to educational, personal, and community development.

To help each project serve its participants and the greater community to the fullest capacity, Preferred Program Evaluations typically completes a process and outcome evaluation. Using a holistic evaluation design, we draw upon the most suitable methodology for a given project and present a complete picture as it evolves over the performance period. The evaluation process is intended to foster a dialogue among stakeholders, contribute to project improvement through the provision of data-driven recommendations, and make a case for sustaining a project once the current funding stream has been exhausted.
